General
Waitingroom is a digital queue management software for medical practices, government offices, hair salons and other facilities. Instead of waiting physically on-site, your guests register digitally via a QR code or link and track their status live on their smartphone.

No. Waitingroom is a pure web application. Neither you nor your guests need to install an app. Everything runs in the browser – on smartphone, tablet or PC.
Waitingroom is available in German, English, Spanish, Arabic and Urdu. Guests see the interface automatically in their browser language – no manual switching required.
Yes. Data is processed and stored on German servers. Only the guest's name and optional contact information is collected – exclusively for operating the queue. After the process is complete, the data can be deleted immediately.
For Facilities & Operators
After registration, create a waiting room in the dashboard, enter the name and opening hours, and set a daily limit. You will then automatically receive a QR code and a link for your guests. The entire process takes about 5 minutes.
Yes. Up to 3 waiting rooms with the Premium plan, up to 10 with Enterprise. Each waiting room has its own QR code, its own queue and its own staff.
Each waiting room has a dedicated display link. Open this link on any screen (TV, tablet, monitor) – the display automatically shows the currently called guest and updates in real time.
In the dashboard you can see the current queue. Click the priority icon next to the guest – the guest is moved to the front of the queue. This is helpful for emergencies or special needs.
The daily limit defines the maximum number of guests who can register in your waiting room per day. Once the limit is reached, new guests are shown that the waiting room is fully booked for today. You can adjust the limit at any time in the dashboard.
Yes. With the Premium and Enterprise plans, your staff can manually add guests to the queue with one click – for example for guests without a smartphone.
For Visitors & Guests
Scan the facility's QR code or open the provided link. Enter your name and confirm – you are in the queue and can see your current status live.
No. You can see on your smartphone how many people are still ahead of you. In the meantime you can go shopping or wait in your car – and come back shortly before you are called.
If you are not present when called, the facility can skip you. You remain in the queue and will be considered at the next call – unless the facility removes you manually.
Only your name and – if provided – your contact details are stored for the queue. After the process is complete, this data is deleted. There is no long-term data storage without your consent.

Yes. Monthly licences can be cancelled at any time at the end of the current billing period. For annual licences, the corresponding terms apply in your account settings.
